I came across the posts below on a mm yahoo group today. The original post was regarding a maintence dose and the oncologist's hesitation because of lack of available information.

5 mg of revlimid every other day for 2-3 weeks then a week off. David

My mom had a SCT 2 years ago, went on thalidomide as a maintenance for a while and is now on 5mg revlimid every day. Her 2 yr. check up went well, no sign of MM in the bone biopsy and low number in one of the blood tests. She was on 10mg revlimid, but because of the good report, they dropped her down to 5mg.
