free light test vs. Bence Jons 24 hr urine analyses.  I do not show myeloma in my blood. I am Kapa light chain. Until recently I was with  doctor who measured mu diseas progression with 24 hr  urine. I could tell the absolute value of my progression. It usualy fluctuted between 1200 to 5500. Based on thouse numbers I knew  almost exact where was I standing. My new doctor only uses freelight test, that actualy only tells me what havechanged from last results but I do not have the information as where I realy stand. Does anybody know if this numbers can be converted or compare to the bence jones numbers?
