I posted about the possibility of possible advocacy on the part of b-m.org members yesterday. I have not yet read today's digest.

I came across this link just now- Awhile back a member mentioned designing an electronic petition of some kind- my thinking behind a member advocacy effort is that there are issues like drug priciing and healthcare policy that members may choose to discuss and possibly petition. I am tryiing to gauge interest before I try to program and research the issue.  David

A cancer drug will be subject to retroactive price controls after its cost to patients jumped almost ninefold – to as much as $4,200 a month.

The Patented Medicine Prices Review Board ruled that it has jurisdiction over the multiple myeloma drug thalidomide and can regulate its cost.
