Turns out they used a question I sent in, about whether it was ok to wait on transplant after harvesting stem cells. Dr. Orlowski replied that you want to harvest after a few cycles of treatment, when there is the best possible response, but then you can wait on transplant till first relapse. But, that it is not a good idea to do lots of different treatments int he interim, and that if you don't have a very good response to induction chemo you should probably go to transplant immediately.
