Hello everyone,
I hesitated to post about this, since I am extremely wary of statistics, but
I did receive the full text of a recently published "Blood" study on
patients under 50, and thought it might be of interest to some here. As
always when dealing with statistical studies, please take this one with a
huge grain of salt! JMO. You can read the abstract here:

At any rate, I wanted to say that I would be happy to forward the study to
anyone upon request, or you can just go read the summary I wrote yesterday
for my blog. Lots of numbers, eh! My head started spinning after the first
two pages. But it is indeed an impressive study (10,549 patients from North
America, Europe and Japan). And it does have some interesting info in it.

Ah, I apologize! I meant to post about the new Blood study here, too, but time just flies, and I just forgot to do so.
I do have the full study, and would be glad to forward it to anyone who loves numbers and statistics. Those (like me) who don't care for numbers can just go to my blog, where I posted a general overview. What I thought were the most interesting bits, I mean.
David, I will send you the study right now.
Take care, everyone!Â
