Hi everyone! As we get closer over here to the end of 2007 (in Italy it's past 5:30 PM), I wanted to wish all list members and friends a very HAPPY NEW YEAR! May 2008 be the year of the annihilated myeloma stem cell! I'll raise my glass of Ferrari Brut later and drink to that! By the way, according to Italian traditions, whatever you do on the first day of the year (tomorrow, i.e.) you will do for the rest of the year. So I got the laundry and other dumb household chores out of the way today, and have only fun stuff planned for tomorrow: baking cookies, laughing, hugging everyone (including my cats), and playing cards! Speaking of cookies, I intend to make my "World Peace Cookies" (the recipe should be on Internet): world peace, my wishful thinking every year.! Eat lentils and grapes right after midnight, for good luck! BUON ANNO! Margaret Florence, Italy
