Several members have recently reported that they have had issues receiving the Daily Digest.
The Daily Digest is an opt-out email subscription that Beating Myeloma members are automatically subscribed to when they sign up for a Beating Myeloma account. The digest includes recently posted Forum Topics, Comments, and SDI Newsletters. To change your subscription settings once you have created a Beating Myeloma account, you may visit your User Account (http://beating-myeloma.or...) and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
There may be several reasons why a member may not receive or may stop receiving Daily Digest email notifications.
- They changed their subscription settings in their user account.
- To fix, simply go to http://beating-myeloma.or....
- They accidently deleted it from their inbox without realizing it.
- To fix, check your email account's trash folder.
- Their spam filter may have caught it and moved it to their spam folder.
- Our emails are plain text and we monitor this fairly closely with test email accounts with several email service providers, so this shouldn't be an issue.
- To fix, go to your spam folder, select the email, and click "not spam".
- Their email service provider may have flagged it as spam and dropped the email.
- We monitor blacklists closely and this shouldn't be an issue.
- To fix, please let us know that you're not receiving emails.
- We're having issues with out automated email notification thingymabobber.
- We monitor the server closely and this shoudn't be an issue.
- To fix, please let us know that you're not receiving emails.
We hope that this helps you in the event that you are unexpectedly not receiving our email notifications. Please let us know immediately if you have any other questions or comments.
Thanks, Robert

Dear Robert,
I am not getting the Digest. I just get a message to enjoy it but I don't get the content.  As far as I know, I register each time I visit the site.
Thanks,  Marjorie MurfinÂ
