When I was first diagnosed with myeloma in 1994, the last thing on my mind was my insurance, the legal issues surrounding my healthcare, some of the ethical questions involved with my care or how my personal relationships may be effected by my cancer.

Like everything else on this site, I wish I knew then what I know now.
