Hey everyone, I am creating a topic here where you can report bugs with the ListServ. There have been two cases since the ListServ's inception where the digest email did not send automatically as we expected - the first time, we manually sent the email several hours later than it was scheduled to run, and most recently, we combined two days together into one digest. We don't expect this to happen more than once in a blue moon (ideally, never), however, we're continually trying to improve the site's functionality and sometimes things just happen. There are also other reasons why you might not receive a ListServ email; most specifically, your spam filter caught it and either moved it to a spam folder or deleted it. This said, if you ever do happen to not receive a ListServ email, please report the issue here asap so we can attempt to help you debug the problem. Also, aside from missing emails - if you notice any other weird issues with the ListServ Digest email, please post your thoughts here so we can help you and/or make improvements. We appreciate your comments and suggestions and will be making continual improvements. Thanks, Robert

Hello all, this is just a short explanation as to why the ListServ digest didn't arrive in your email inbox this past Tuesday morning. We've been working hard to make improvements to the Beating Myeloma website and ListServ. The program that runs the ListServ didn't run early in the morning as we expected. Yesterday we spent much time figuring out what went wrong. Early this morning we manually sent out today's ListServ email to include both posts from yesterday and Monday - to ensure that you received notification of all the posts. We're striving to create the most intuitive and easy-to-use, yet effective tools for you to use as a member of our site. There will be occasional, unavoidable glitches such as yesterday - we wan to apologize in advance. Keep in mind that we're trying to continually improve the site's functionality and provide added value features for your use. We encourage you to contact us via the Forums or directly via email (info@beating-myeloma.org) if you experience any difficulties or believe you have found a bug - your prompt assistance will help us improve your site. Thanks again, Robert
Dear Robert
I posted a comment around May 18 about MM in people over 80. It never appeared so I must have done something wrong?   Thanks MargeÂ
Please see the email I just sent you.
Thanks, Robert
